I have used porcelain for my work, as I am fascinated with the translucency of the body. I have used lighting within the pieces to highlight this quality and provide a variation of light through the different thicknesses in the piece. I am interested in natural and organic forms, from textures and layers to decay and erosion, which are all themes that are used in my work.
