“Sculpture for Travelling” ( 2010 ) assisted readymade
At its foundation my practice wishes to negotiate with diversity, flexibility and energy , the reasoned world, and the world that remains as yet unfathomable, the metaphysical world. Investigations into the subjects of collaboration , ecology and the body infuse in to my work. As everything through the shamanistic perspective is connected, and as such universal; there are no boundaries between art and life . My practice interrogates this facility investing in accident and incident and occasions of synchronicity (meaningful occurrences) . These are illustrated through photography, and the materials and objects that I encounter in the course of my work. Everything becomes woven together, to express and illustrate, this perspective. My continual enquiry into these relationships has led to me incorporate ready mades and assisted readymades in line with the Surrealists method.
